hey i can't read some comics that you have here because the extension is html it just appears a lot of weird letters and the and the comic book either. what do i have to do so that i can read the comics that are in html?

Rename the file extension. remove the .html in the end
Eg: If .cbr.html make it .cbr
Use the free comic book reader software. Download link for which is available on the LINKS section of the sidebar
the names are right it's the files that are in html and i can't change it and the program has the same problem it's all in html.
help me please :S

in Windows Explorer/ My Computer got to
Tools >> Folder Options >> View
and deselect the option hide extension for known file types...
now you'll get it the way I told yesterday

The Greatest section in the blog CLASSICS ILLUSTRATED is no more available as the RAPIDSHARE HOSTING have deleted the file due to copyright related complaints. I am dying to download them (atleast the best of the stories). I have only downloaded 23 comics and now this catastraphe happened. ANY HELP

It's not necessary to wait for minutes to download another file from RAPIDSHARE. The RAPIDSHARE identifies you with your IP ADDRESS. So just do one thing - After downloading a file, simply disconnect the connection. Re-Connect - now you'll have a new IP ADDRESS and RAPIDSHARE will allow you to download the new file.
(HARDLY TAKES 1 MINUTE TO DISCONNECT-RECONNECT)

being a free user I've been one of the great sufferer of Rapid share during downloading. Rapid share is simply a hell for the free users like me. But now, I recently come across MediaFire (http://www.mediafire.com/) for downloading comics on another good comic blog (Comic World) and I've become a fan of Mediafire. It's so simple... no time lag at all, free file hosting/uploads for once, no dead links, no premium account, free downloading etc etc...everything is free. Just check it out. I strongly urge you to divert completely & immediately from Rapid Share to MediaFire for providing download links.
Hey BlueApple, u must hav heard bout projectw.org closing down. u were a frequent visitor there. it shoocked me a lot. one cud get a huge variety of comics there. do you by any chance know of any other site which has the same amount of comics(except urs of course). i would really appreciate it .

U are right, I WAS a regular visitor (stopped visiting cos whenever I went site was down) and it was a good source of comics. It's very bad that it's shutting down.
There was another forum called ALL HIP HOP, I am a member of that too, but haven't been able to log in for many months... maybe try your luck and mail me (its on the sidebar.... dont leave a comment further MAIL ME!)

Whatever happened to the complete Superman series' such as V1, Adventures of, and such? I was in the middle of downloading those, but now they're all gone!
